they receive information from the ground and transmit it upward.

the ankles, knees, hips and spine can organise more efficiently.

The HIPS don’t just stabilise the pelvis…
they glide, connect and respond from the ground up into de body.✨

Through the adductors and the soft ball,
the body finds support from the centre.

A gentle gliding movement into internal rotation
can create more space,
more organisation
and better connection through the pelvis.

When the hips move more optimally,
the lumbar spine doesn’t need to compensate.
