Today I visited one of the Buddhist temples Che Di Luang in Chiang Mai, and straight away went to the corner where You can ask questions to a monk. We talked about detachment, purpose, getting away from stagnation by being present. In this present moment I create future, past is gone and future is only a illusion in my mind. Sometimes I catch myself worrying too much of what might happen ahead and not really appreciating what is in front. Hey, Life is happening now, isn’t it? As to detachment, a good reminder is that by looking for happiness outside of myself is like looking for fools gold. It will never bring satisfaction, everything comes from within. I am the main source of everything I need. And then when the cup is full, I can share it with others. ❤️

I extended my stay in Asia 😬 Currently living in Chiang-Mai and looking for teaching opportunities here in Thailand. When one door closes another opens? I might be crazy or not, but I am diving into unknown. Life is too short to stay in one place, whether it works out or not at least I took the chance and tried. Good luck for me!🙋♀️

One of my favorite hip openers YOGI SQUAT. Although you're likely accustomed to comfortable chairs for sitting, the squat is actually a natural position in Eastern cultures for eating, cooking, waiting and reading. People who sit in this deep squat on the streets of India, China and Indonesia aren't practicing Yoga; rather, they have the suppleness and strength in their joints and muscles to make this position feel natural and comfortable.
1️⃣ After DOWNWARD FACING DOG jump between Your legs. Your feet are strong and grounded on the mat.
2️⃣ Take Your palms together to Your chest, maintain spine straight.
3️⃣ With elbows push Your knees outside and open Your hips even more.
‼️ PLAY TIME 💁♀️🙃 ( I love that You can play around in YOGI SQUAT and not only open Your hips but also Your chests and work with strength).
4️⃣ release Your right hand on the mat and rise left one up, open Your chests.
5️⃣ Bring that left hand behind Your back and try to catch both of the palms together. Stay here for 5 breaths.
6️⃣ After move all of the weight to the left side and come with the right foot closer to the left one. Bring that right side of Your body up, and slowly take Yourself up, extend Your back and stay here for 5 breaths.
‼️ BENEFITS of YOGI SQUAT
YOGI SQUAT directs your energy downward and uses gravity to stretch your inner groin and thighs. Practicing it regularly in your yoga practice strengthens your thighs, adds mobility to your ankles and stabilizes your energy
Read books and do squats, grow Your mind and 🍑. NOT open Your hips :)

You know how during the Summer with all the travels, beach days and fiestas You can easily get out of Your routines and good habits. 🤷♀️ Well I am guilt for this. To get back on track and remind myself how important is to stay healthy and be productive I listened interview with , bot of them are just amazing! Here are some of my notes:
✔️Write the problem/ bad habit on the paper and keep it there until You have taken it outside of Your body. And then it’s only on Your paper. Get it outside of it.
✔️The most interesting person is the most interested.
✔️If I want to be free I have to be me.
✔️You build confidence by learning.
✔️ Talk to the light not the dark.
✔️You are programmed to quit.
✔️ I am improving my DNA identity every day.
