Stormrider.
Somewhere beyond the horizon,
a storm shaped this moment.
Not for us.
Not for today.
Not for any destination at all.
Yet here it is.
A clean line arriving from far beyond sight,
carrying the energy of a distant weather system
across an entire ocean.
A reminder that some of the most beautiful things in life
begin far away from where we finally meet them.
Sometimes all we have to do
is be present when they arrive.

A good surf lesson starts long before you enter the water.
Choosing the right board can make all the difference when learning to surf.
That's why we're constantly testing and updating our equipment, always looking for boards that help beginners catch more waves, progress faster and enjoy the process from the very first day.
Ready and waiting for the next session.

After a good surf session, this bowl regularly finds its way onto my table.
This version of the classic salmorejo is made with beetroot instead of tomatoes and, as you can see, topped a little differently.
Not only incredibly tasty, but also perfect after a long day in the ocean.
Starting next season, it will become one of the dishes you'll find regularly on our dinner table at Intoosurf.
This recipe will also be part of the upcoming Intoosurf Soul Food Cookbook.
If you're interested, feel free to let us know and we'll keep you updated.

We don't often talk about ourselves.
Most of the time, we prefer to focus on the waves, the learning process and the people who spend time with us here in El Palmar.
But every now and then, it's worth sharing a few words from the people who experienced it firsthand.
Thank you to everyone who trusted us, challenged themselves, laughed with us, shared meals, caught waves and took the time to leave a review afterwards.
Your words mean a lot and remind us how special it is to see people grow, learn and enjoy their time here.
See you in the water 🤙

Intoosurf was never built through influencers or polished marketing campaigns.
Most of what exists here grew quietly through people sharing waves, conversations at breakfast, surf sessions in all kinds of conditions, trust and returning faces.
Maybe slower than other projects.
But real things usually are.
We never tried to create a perfect image of surfing life.
Some days are clean and glassy.
Some days are wild and stormy.
Some sessions feel effortless.
Others challenge you.
We simply share the experience as it is.
And maybe that’s why the right people somehow keep finding this place.

Surfing means learning to recognize the right moment.
Many beginners stand up too early,
before the wave really starts to carry them.
The result: less speed, less control, shorter rides.
Good timing starts with feeling:
Sensing when the wave begins to pull you.
When your tail lifts.
When you stop paddling and start gliding.
That’s where control begins.
And that’s where confidence grows.
This is what we work on.
