Our gym is built on community and friendship, showing up for each other and working hard together.

About us: we are the longest standing gym in Son Bugadelles, we’ve been open since 2011. We train our members in large and small groups and one to one personal training as they need. We speak English, but we also speak Spanish and German. Our members come from the island and all over the world. 🌎

The next Gym Sync event, RAGING RAPIDS is coming. Are you in?
This event is open to everyone, and you don't need to bring a full team with you to take part. You can sign up as a team of 4, or sign up individually and we will put teams together.
Expect a fast, fun, sweaty team workout with SkiErg, RowErg, burpees and plenty of encouragement from the floor!
Ideal sign-up deadline is Thursday, so we can organise teams and heats ahead of the event.
Come with your team, come with a friend, or come solo. We will sort the rest.
