Several years ago I chose to follow a path that would allow me to fulfil the passion and desire that I have for helping with the personal development of others. I am able to do this as a result of my certifications as a Personal Trainer and TKD instructor.

Like any club, some students are more adept at Taekwon-Do than others. Some children have had a hard time blending into the class initially, but once they’ve understood and connected with the group, each of them has grown as a person.

So, in fact, with hard work and love for what I do, everybody has become better; the children, teenagers and even grown-ups.

I currently run Taekwon-Do classes for ages 5+ in Castelldefels. I speak Spanish, English and Catalan and adapt each class to suit the students’ language skills.
