Here in my Monte Mayor Days with TV Personality Paul de Leeuw. He played the course with his husband, when I asked him to pick a Monte Mayor shirt as a present he picked the one pictured. Fantastic memory of this highly talented showman..

My uncle and godfather Kees (RIP), Architect by profession, here pictured during an aid project in Kenya where he went to build a village. He is greatly responsible for my passion in golf, not only was he crazy about the game he was a crucial driving force behind the creation of the golf course in my hometown of Brunssum, where it was build on top of a former waste dump.
This was used in 2002 for a Nike comercial, but it still giives me goosebumbs today.

My first ever competition! I won 3 Dunlop 65i Golf balls and a leather glove. Didn´t know how to dress for golf :-)
