NEXTGEN GIRLS BOXING & GRAPPLING TEAM 🥊🤼‍♀️

We already have our kickboxing team. Now, NextGen Fight Club is building a Junior Girls Boxing & Grappling Team, with the goal of developing some of the best young female grapplers in Spain.

Combining Boxing, Grappling & Jiu-Jitsu, our girls will develop complete athletic skills, confidence, fitness and real self-defence ability.

Our competition team will represent NextGen Fight Club at the Andalucía, Spanish, European and World Championships.

My own daughters, Arabella and Milenna, compete and have been very successful across multiple combat sports. There’s no reason other girls can’t learn to do the same.

Combinando Boxeo, Grappling y Jiu-Jitsu, nuestras chicas desarrollarán habilidades completas, confianza, condición física y una excelente base de defensa personal.

Nuestro equipo de competición representará a NextGen Fight Club en los Campeonatos de Andalucía, España, Europa y del Mundo.

Mis propias hijas, Arabella y Milenna, compiten y han tenido mucho éxito en diferentes deportes de combate. No hay razón por la que otras chicas no puedan aprender a hacer lo mismo.

CURSO DE ESKRIMA BALINTAWAK – DEFENSA CON BASTÓN Y CUCHILLO

Este domingo 13 de septiembre, tenemos el placer de recibir a Nacho Echevarría en NextGen Fight Club, Mijas, donde impartirá un curso especial de 3 horas de Eskrima Balintawak.

Nacho es instructor de Eskrima Norte / International Balintawak Combat System Spain, con sede en Castro Urdiales y Laredo, Cantabria, norte de España.

🔪 Defensa frente a cuchillos y bastones
🛡️ Técnicas prácticas de protección personal y defensa personal

El curso está especialmente recomendado para policías, profesionales de la seguridad y cualquier persona interesada en aprender técnicas prácticas de defensa frente a ataques con cuchillos y bastones.

No es necesario tener experiencia previa en Eskrima.
