“Savaş Sanatlarıyla Zihni Dönüştürmek” Geçtiğimiz ay konuşmacı olarak davet edildiğim, hazırlanmak için dört günüm olsa da keyifle yer aldığım, #TEDx etkinliğinden bir kesit: –Bir uygulayıcıdan, savaş sanatçısına ve oradan insan olmaya evrilmek… ——— “Cultivating the Mind through Martial Arts” A part from the #TEDx event that I was invited as a speaker last month, which I had four days to prepare for, but enjoyed attending: –Evolving from a practitioner to a martial artist and from there to a human being… (Auto-caption is on)

We had our annual camp in Northern Spain, beautiful Asturias last week with a small but very enthusiastic group and I find it more valuable than quantity. I thank my students for their dedication.

I’d like to congratulate all of our students who leveled up that weekend and big congrats to two of my long time students: Sifu Javi Otero for his 4th TG and Sihing Daniel Fulgencio for his 3rd TG in WingChun. Both are very well-deserved!👏🙏

And I also appreciate Sifu Adrian Suarez who hosted the event and is currently in Cuba, teaching and supporting our proWES Cuba team.👊
