Sarah Aavs Granada, is currently designing and building her own home in the Alpujarras, Spain.
Daughter of a Channel Island’s vegetable farmer, Sarah is embarking on a fully sustainable lifestyle, aiming to transform her new home, 50 acres of mountainous terrain, into a productive food forest and educational permaculture center.

Sarah is the Programme Head of Aavs Granada and a former AA tutor. She holds an Art Degree and a diploma graduate from the AA.
