I’m down but not out with OSG in 12 days time it’s likely that I’m out but it depends on how the next 10 days go 🤞🏻

Had the worst day today I went in at 1pm trained an hour missed more than I hit called it a day went home ate rested and went back at 6pm tried again but it wasn’t clicking which is worrying at the stage of prep but I know the power is there I need to go away and chalk it off for the next session

Prep is hotting up, no time to rest no time to think it’s just go time. I’ll land at Europes in decent shape not my best but definitely not my worst. 10 months of work has put me back into the arena and win lose or draw being there and performing is the win this year

Shocked myself today with how this db moved no missed reps and grew in confidence rep on rep. Really to add weight to this beast now 65kg empty

Been dealing with a niggle in my upper back but strangely once I get moving and warm up it’s gone so hopefully a good deep tissue tomorrow with Physio with Dean with get me sorted
