🚴♂️ HEGAN DOAN TXIRRINDULARITZA | 07/08
Zenbat W/kg egiten dituzu zuk?
Aisialdiko txirrindularitzatik munduko elitera, potentzia/pisu erlazioak txirrindulari baten errendimendu-maila kokatzen laguntzen du.
Baina bada gako bat: zenbakiak, berez, ez du dena kontatzen. Ez da gauza bera 5 W/kg 5 minutuz mantentzea edo 40 minutuz egitea.
Eta ez da beharrezkoa eliteko balioetara hurbiltzea asko hobetzeko: 3,0 W/kg-tik 3,5 W/kg-ra pasatzeak %16,7ko hobekuntza dakar potentzia erlatiboan.
Potentzia bai. Baina beti iraupenarekin batera.

🚴♂️ CYCLING THAT FLIES | 07/08
How many W/kg can you do?
From recreational cycling to world-class level, power-to-weight ratio helps us understand where a rider sits in terms of performance.
But there’s one key point: the number alone doesn’t tell the whole story. Holding 5 W/kg for 5 minutes is very different from holding it for 40.
And you don’t need elite-level numbers to make a huge improvement: going from 3.0 to 3.5 W/kg means a 16.7% increase in relative power.
Power matters. But duration matters too.
