Barbara Trilling, Owner of Argos 1964, Winner Overall of The White Island Classics Trophy 2018 speaks from the heart when thanking the organising committee,

“Thank You Sebastian for organising this wonderful regatta ! Argos is leaving Ibiza with many fabulous memories and new sailing friends. We look forward to seeing everyone next year, same place, same time! ”

More than 1,000 people took part in activities surrounding White Island Classics and The Gastronomy Celebration.

The winner overall of The White Island Classics Trophy 2018 is the 12.65 metre Bermudan sloop, Argos owned by a Spanish family and member of The New York Yacht Club (NYYC). Built in 1964 in Barcelona she is a CR Kim Holman design built for speed and ocean racing. The conditions were prefect for her this weekend in Ibiza.

The Trophy for Overall Winner was awarded to the owner of Argos by Jeremy Lambourne Managing Director of Domus Nova Ibiza, principal sponsor of the regatta.

Más de 1.000 personas asisten a las actividades de clausura de las Jornadas Gastronómicas y la regata clásica de Marina Botafoch - Imam Comunicación La embarcación Argos recibe el trofeo de vencedor absoluto de la White Island Classics 2018 y la pareja de cocineros formada por Franklin Nastas, de Temakinho, y Samuel Galdon, de Hotel Destino, consiguen el Trofeo Marina Botafoch a la pareja más destacada de las Jornadas Gastronómicas.
