One of the biggest changes to my life this past year was birthing my second son! Becoming a mother of TWO! 😍

Not at all how we envisioned our life with a second child. We planned to stay in Ibiza, but the universe took us somewhere different. The Alpujarra! And wow. This place was meant for us.

We moved here on a whim, after seeing the house of our dreams, we didn’t know anything about the place but felt it in our hearts.

I truely believe that our second son guided us here. To where he wanted to be born and grow up.

We made the move a month before his birth. And he was born in our so beloved new home.

His birth was everything I wanted! Peaceful, joyful and as always, humbling 🙏🏼

Hello World! It’s been over a year now since I last posted on (anti)social media. And what a journey this year has been 💫

Endless gratitude for the waves of the universe taking us on a ride to where we need to be in any given moment.

I am more in love with life than ever before! And the love just keeps expanding 💗

Not to say we don’t sometimes have lows as well.. we very much do. But we are starting to approach them with so much more grace and appreciation for what it is here to teach us and where it will take us next.

Indian Baby Blessing Ceremony for our Son 🌸🕯️

Since his birth, I’ve found Ceremony to be an increadibly important part of my life

In pregnancy, birth and postpartum, even more so ✨

Bringing a human onto this earth is so sacred and really needs to be honoured

MOTHERS need honouring and celebrating!

Ceremony is the most powerful way to do this ❤️‍🔥

When I received this ceremony, it started my love for ceremonial living. Now I include it in my life wherever I can. It’s magical 🤍

Why do humans fear the passage through the portal of life? Both on the way in and the way out…

Changing how we approach both of these, will quite literally change our life on this earth 🙏🏼

Let’s birth and die in dignity, sovereignty and peace 🌹

If more women knew this…

They wouldn’t be looking outside of themselves for their families’ health or education.

They would be fully embodied mothers, sure of themselves and their ability to grow, birth and nurture a well rounded, healed and powerful human.

One of the most heartbreaking practices, that we, as a society, have normalised 💔

Leaving babies to cry it out. Figure it out. And be separate from their life source. Their MOTHER.

I love seeing the shift back to our instincts and motherly given intuition. Connecting us back to our babies and their rightful place in the world. On us!

It’s MORE than okay to respond to your baby, to hold your baby, to sooth and tend to your baby. This is what they expect from us. They are not tricking or controlling us. You are doing the right thing. Don’t let society trick and control YOU.

I am forever grateful to have found the path to unassisted homebirth, birth in power, family centred birth, freebirth.

I would not be the mother I am today without it 💪🏼

✨A MIND ALTERING BOOK that I base many of my teachings on✨

After my son was born, I experienced major anxiety, inner conflict and confusion in regards to parenting (as most parents do).

But at 3 months postpartum, I read this book and it UNLOCKED something within me. The deep inner knowing of how to MOTHER.

I have since, been completely confident in my parenting decisions.

I have delved deeply into the ancient wisdom of tribal living and have become immensely passionate in sharing my findings!

If you do anything to prepare for motherhood or LIFE, read this book! 🙏🏼

👆🏼THIS is something I VERY SORELY discovered in my own postpartum experience.

Women love to prepare for the BIG event that is birth, and often neglect to prepare much for postpartum.

✨Birth happens.✨Whether it’s a few hours or days long. It happens. You have no control over it and then it’s over. No one is needed for birth to unfold.

🤔In fact the opposite is true.

The less people interfere the better it flows!

🩸POSTPARTUM ON THE OTHER HAND, cannot be done alone!

At least not easfully, joyfully and smoothly.

🫂Support is needed for the new mother that has just gone to ANOTHER REALM AND BACK to being her baby earth side.

Us women are meant to birth alone, but we are meant to be fully supported in postpartum by family, friends and caregivers ♥️🫂🥘✨
