Picture this; you’ve just finished your Monday workout

You’re walking back across the lawn to this villa for a massive healthy breakfast, before chilling out by the pool for a bit

Then a mega colourful salad for lunch before heading out to explore the island of Ibiza in the afternoon and an evening workout

Relaxing in the evening with a paella, a nice glass of wine and having a laugh with a great group of people

The reason most diets fail?

Because people cut everything out of their diet that they enjoy; no carbs, no desserts, no beers or wine

It’s no wonder they can’t stick to it and end up falling off track

We want to explain to you how their are no “good” or “bad” foods and it’s why we include the odd dessert and have a bottle of wine or a beers on the table with evening meals

The best diet for you is the one you can stick to and we want to show you how you can make that as easy as possible

We won’t shout at you like some military drill sergeants

Yes, we want you to train hard and have a good workout, but we want you to enjoy it and have fun

If you enjoy your training, then you’re more likely to want to keep doing it

Which is why we want you to have fun, while teaching you how to make the most of your time in the gym

Oh yeah... and training with the sun on your back always helps 😎
