My mum is a well known yoga teacher on the Island, and has always been a big inspiration. I could see how helping others would fulfil her and that amazed me.

5 things you can start today to feel better in your Mind & Body ✨

1. Start the morning with a habit that will allow you to be calm and present. This has changed my life. Ex: breathe consciously for 5 min or listen to a meditation on YouTube (you have some of mine on my channel) * best done before looking at your phone.
🧘🏼‍♀️ - you will start the day with a more relaxed nervous system, and a more positive mind. 💭

2. Do something to connect with your body. Move.

- Walk, dance, train... it doesn't matter what type of activity you choose, the important thing is that you take the time to connect with your body.
- 🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ This will allow you to feel more confident, feel in tune with yourself and give you energy.

3. Try to come back to the present moment as many times as you can a day. -Learn that you are not your thoughts - and if you find yourself stuck in the past or future, try to return to your body. Constantly living in the past will not make you find the answer, it only generates depression and living in the future that is uncertain generates anxiety. Live in the present. This is where things happen. 🪄🧚🏻

4. Believe in yourself. -Learn that what others think does not have enough impact on you to stop you from living your fullest life. If you feel you have a type of blockage, look for a solution, go to therapy, connect with that pain and try to heal it. Believe me, there will not be a day when you get older and you do not regret having lived a half life for fear of what they will say. 💥🌞

My story:

Growing up with different backgrounds and on the party island of Ibiza, I soon realized I was lost.

After being bullied at school and losing myself in a toxic relationship, my self esteem was very low and I started to have very bad habits.

Luckily, I discovered fitness and saw myself from a completely different perspective.

Fitness literally saved my life, and from that moment on I understood what my mission was:

I need everyone to feel the way I do!!!!

So I became a professional trainer and now, I help as many people as I can that need to learn to love themselves again, through personal / group sessions, videos and soon through my new app.

- I’m trying to do it from a holistic side, not only giving importance to the physical body but also to the mental and the emotional one.

We are so much more then just a body, your body is the container of your soul, so yes of course, make sure it’s a good place to live in. - without forgetting the other parts of your being, which are as important.
