Today is International Nurses Day a moment to honour the compassion, resilience, and dedication of nurses everywhere. 💙

We’re proud to share that we have created a wellness and support program in collaboration with Lloyds Clinical, designed to support nurses and healthcare professionals with emotional wellbeing, stress relief, mindfulness, and self-care practices.

Nurses give so much of themselves every single day. This program was created to offer space to pause, breathe, reset, and reconnect supporting the people who spend their lives caring for others.

Through guided wellness sessions, mindfulness tools, EFT, meditation, stress management techniques, and restorative practices, our mission is to help healthcare teams feel empowered, valued, and supported both personally and professionally.

As you getting a little over 40😜

Your body changes and you realise when you was in 20/30s you had such different body shape confidence but didn’t really fully understand that. For me personally.

As I am now 45 my body is changing, I love it and probably most confident I have been in my body than ever before.

I offer to be photographed for 2 different ladies on island.

which is second photo, she is amazing women and photographer who is now staring a new project of photography in wellness to capture the moments when you complete in the light.

And

name.is.eska the first photographer who is putting together a book and collection about Tanit the Goddesa of the island to come out soon.

It was great experience to feel seen, express myself and support other women in their purpose creating.
