Happy Sunday Everyone.....I'm in the process of drawing up a new timetable of free on-line yoga and wanted to see what days of the week/times people might like to see? I think i'm predominantly going to focus on a restorative practice with lots of emphasis on breathing and guided meditation.....does anyone have any thoughts? I'd appreciate your feedback. Ems. ~x~
