I am delighted and excited to invite you to take a sweet little break and retreat with me in a beautiful uninhabited natural sanctuary in the Portuguese mountains this summer.

Immerse yourself in abundant wilderness.
Explore cascading river pools, wander endless trails, star gaze and listen deeply to the sensations within.

Find the space to recalibrate, rest and release within the sanctuary and spaciousness of the valley, and feel nourished by intentional daily practices and delicious plant-based meals.

Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forest and jaw-dropping views, this is a nurturing space where you get to reconnect with all that’s magnificent about the natural world and immerse in remembrance of your wild and sweet inner nature.
