PROJECT AVATAR EASTER SERIES

This easter holiday we gather at .ibiza on April 3rd, 5th and 7th from 12:00 to 15:00 for a series of afternoons designed for your kids to connect, explore and grow through games, puzzles, challenges and team building activities.

Your child will gain :
• Body awareness & movement through the physical self
• Enjoyment of discipline and structure through challenges
• Team work and social skills
• A fun space to explore ideas and make friends

Price: 120€
There are limited spaces so please book in advance.
We will need a minimum of 8 kids for the teams to run smoothly and will provide snacks and water during our short break!

Why should we Read?
Reading is so valuable because it allows us to delve into the accumulated thoughts and ideas of many years of focused and intentional work. By spending time going through books and seeking to understand their content, we train our minds and develop our discipline, gathering knowledge that will stay with us forever. The more we read, the more we develop our self.

Back to Reality
What a strange time to be alive, never before have we faced anything like the last few months. Difficult times for everyone but with difficulty comes the opportunity for growth and self reflection !
For our return Back to Reality we discussed the lockdown, what we learnt about ourselves and the world and how to tackle the future going forward.
How did you grow during the lockdown ? What did you learn ?

Goal Setting !

Super important to have a plan. It’s great to go around saying “I want this”, “I want to do that”. Having desires is part of life but having clear goals as well as a clear plans of how to reach them is much better. We cannot go anywhere that we cannot envision, and even once we do that we need a good map. So we built one !

What makes us Happy ?

Certainly a great question and the answers are all so important.
Together we explored what it means to be happy and what things make us happy, we discussed the chemicals that make us feel good and we delved into the differences between pleasure and fulfilment and why recognising that distinction is so crucial !

Happiness is often seen as personal but there are certain things that are universal: connecting with others, building friendships, watching ourselves grow, striving towards meaningful goals, pushing ourselves, creating memories and having fun. Pursuing these things builds lasting fulfilment which as we grow in life will allow us to look back and feel a deeper sense of satisfaction.
