An immersive experience where conscious breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and healing sound come together to create a space for deep connection and inner harmony.

During the session, we will explore The Circle of Light, an ancient ta***ic breathing technique inspired by the microcosmic orbit, designed to balance the feminine and masculine polarities — Yin & Yang — and unify the energetic field through breath and awareness.

Integrating with a rich sound meditation featuring gongs, Tibetan and quartz bowls, hang drum, flutes, guitar, quartz chalice, and shamanic drum, all held within a safe, respectful, and heart-centered environment.

Una experiencia inmersiva en la hermosa zona de Benirràs, Ibiza, donde la respiración consciente, el cacao ceremonial y el sonido sanador se unen para crear un espacio de profunda conexión y armonía interior.

Durante la sesión, exploraremos El Círculo de Luz, una antigua técnica de respiración tántrica inspirada en la órbita microcósmica, diseñada para equilibrar las polaridades femenina y masculina — Yin & Yang — y unificar el campo energético a través de la respiración y la consciencia.

La experiencia se integrará con una profunda meditación de sonido que incluye gongs, cuencos tibetanos y de cuarzo, hang drum, flautas, guitarra, cáliz de cuarzo y tambor chamánico. Sostenido en un entorno seguro, respetuoso y centrado en el corazón.

This session opens a space to realign and harmonize the Three Treasures:
the physical, the emotional, and the mental body.
When these three dimensions move in coherence, energy flows naturally and we return to clarity, stability, and inner strength.

We begin with Qigong: slow, conscious movements to awaken and balance the physical body, regulate the emotional field, and quiet the mind.

This is followed by a guided sound meditation designed to synchronize and integrate the three layers of our being through vibration and deep listening.

Cuando estas tres dimensiones se mueven en coherencia, la energía fluye de forma natural y recuperamos claridad, estabilidad y fuerza interior.

Comenzamos con Qigong: movimientos lentos y conscientes para despertar y equilibrar el cuerpo físico, regular el campo emocional y aquietar la mente.
Le sigue una meditación guiada con sonido diseñada para sincronizar e integrar estas tres capas de nuestro ser a través de la vibración y la escucha profunda.

Friday, May 1st. This Full Moon opens an axis between earth and water: balancing what we hold with what we need to release.
The body as an anchor, emotion as movement.

We will open the space with a cacao ceremony, supporting connection to the heart and inner sensitivity.

This will be followed by a conscious breathing practice through the energy centers, accompanied by subtle spinal movement, activating vital flow and moving through the 7 chakras.

A progressive journey: from grounding to opening, from containment to transformation.

Hang drum, gongs, Tibetan and quartz singing bowls, shamanic drum, flute, voice, and guitar.

A space to feel, release, and return to the body.
