You could, of course, stay exactly where you are.
Play it safe.
Keep it comfortable.
Keep doing what you always have done.
But no.
We decided to make it even better and more exciting.
Casa Coline is moving.
Casa Coline is expanding.
Something is quietly unfolding at the foot of the Montgó.
More space.
More stillness.
Even better views.
A place where, in the morning, you look out over the valley and can truly forget that the world is rushing.
We are building something new.
From the ground up.
With a renewed vision.
A private casita for Nicoline her retreat guests and coaching.
Silence, focus, luxury, light.
No distractions. No noise.
And for Ferry an open kitchen where fire and music understand each other with a beautiful terrace that invites long tables and lingering conversations.
This is step one.

Found a new favourite in Dénia… and we had to share it with you 🍷✨
Sometimes you walk into a place and immediately feel: yes, this is special.
Restaurant CUC in Dénia is exactly that. High-end food by Miguel Ruiz, beautifully plated, refined flavours… but without any stiffness. No white tablecloth pressure. Just relaxed, welcoming and genuinely kind people who make you feel at home the second you step inside.
The best part?
You can just walk in without a reservation. And still enjoy food that feels Michelin-worthy.
Think creative dishes, seasonal ingredients, surprising flavour combinations and a wine list that makes you want to stay a little longer. It’s elegant, but wonderfully low-key.
