Slowly easing my way back on to the bike after a few months away. I’ve realized I like riding my bike, being outdoors and the stillness of mind. What I’ve realized I don’t like are the metrics, the unhealthy body imagery and the obsessiveness. Riding bikes is a fantastic hobby. But anything taken to excess is a problem. Finding balance and enjoyment are my new performance goals ✅

Welcome to the land of the humble ‘Tostada’. Quite possibly the best mid-ride snack ever. Typically enjoyed around 10am with a coffee. There are many variations, Manchego cheese, Spanish Jamon or just simply tomato and olive oil. Spain has amongst the most cafes of any country in the world and they are the meeting point and in many cases the social center of many small villages. Great places to rest and watch the world go by. Come ride with us for a coffee and tostada 🥖☕️
