Tonight is week 1 of The Changing Room project in partnership with SAMH The SPFL Trust Movember

This programme is a no pressure group where you can come along and chat about football and have a bit of laugh with the group!

We are just over a week away from the start of 2 new programmes at East Fife FC for men in the local area:

FFIT- A health and wellbeing programme ran in partenership with The SPFL Trust where we will work to your own pace and help with plans you can follow at home.

The Changing Room- A mental health programme ran in partnership with SAMH Movember The SPFL Trust. This programme gives men between ages of 30-64 a no pressure environment to come and chat about anything or just to come and listen.

The bonus.... both of these programmes are FREE✅✅

2 new FREE programmes for MEN.

FFIT- We have made change to our FFIT programme and due to interest we will be running a male group now beggining on the 22nd September from 6pm-7:30pm at Bayview.

The Changing Room- Our mental health group will begin on the 26th September from 6pm-7:30pm and it is a place to come and have a chat about football and anything else you wish to talk about

THE CHANGING ROOM

Returning to East Fife FC Bayview Stadium is 'The Changing Room Project' in partnership with SAMH Movember The SPFL Trust.

This is a Mental Health programme aimed at men aged 30- 64 Years. It is a 12 week course where we look to offer somehwere for men to come and have a chat about football, this is a no pressure environment, just come along and have a chat.
