I’m starting a new Body Transformation Group next week, and I’m looking for a handful of people to work with to create a successful case-studies before our official launch of the fit and healthy over 50 programs.
I’ve been working very closely with a small group of people in the last 12 weeks.
The results have been amazing and I’m going to work with one more case study group over the next couple of months... starting next week.
Here’s some of what we’re going to work on:
1 We’ll start with your meal plans, using a tool called PVFC meal model to make it easy to know EXACTLY what to eat and when.
2 Next, we’ll take my tailored workouts and have you only training 3x a week with short workouts. Maximising important hormones such as Growth Hormone to accelerate fat loss.
3 We’ll then focus on your life and schedule... focussing on the 2 strategies that make weight loss MUCH easier. I’ve been working on these 2 strategies for years, and we have it down to a science now. It starts with micro-nutrition and what we call a ‘wind down routine’.
4 One of the keys to burning body fat and keeping it off is unpacking an ‘accelerator’ program to get the weight off quickly and then turning it into an easy lifestyle... I’ll show you how.
5 One of the most overlooked factors is ‘support’. This is where we bring together the community and support with me being there to help you every step of the way.
6 Importantly... this is about breaking down the steps for you to easily follow each week. No more confusion, no more fuss. Just total confidence in the simple things you can do.
Anyone of these things can move the needle immediately for your body, and my experience is that the BIG opportunity is having the steps laid out to easily fit this into your life.
