The hard work after yesterday’s crash was rewarded with two World Championship points today. Simon fought his way to p14 in Race 1 and brought the Ducati home in the points.

Tissot Estoril Round - Circuito Estoril

A solid first day until a crash brought our Superpole to an early end. Only 0.6 seconds from the fastest time, once again showing how close the WorldSSP field is. There is plenty of work ahead tonight with the damage to the bike, but we’ll get it ready for tomorrow. 👊🏼

Back to Portugal for the penultimate round of the 2026 season. After a challenging weekend in Cremona, EAB Racing Team and Simon Jespersen are ready to reset and get back to work at Circuito Estoril.

With only two rounds remaining, the focus is clear: Find a better feeling with the Ducati Panigale V2 and finish the season with positive momentum.

With great sadness, we have to share that our dear friend Paolo Cristante has passed away.

Paolo had been part of EAB Racing Team from the very beginning. He was much more than someone who took care of our team clothing and designs. He was a close friend, a true motorsport enthusiast and someone who was always there for the team.

Only last weekend, Paolo was still with us in Cremona. That makes this loss incredibly difficult to accept.

The past two seasons have already been very tough for our small team, with several heavy losses along the way. This is certainly not how we imagined the final chapter of EAB Racing Team.

For now, racing and results feel secondary. Our thoughts are with Paolo’s family, friends and everyone who knew and loved him.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Paolo. You will always be part of EAB Racing Team. ❤️

A difficult weekend in Cremona comes to an end with P20 in Race 2.

Not the results we were aiming for, but we’ll take the lessons from this weekend and keep working towards the next round. Focus now shifts to Estoril. 👊🏼

A disappointing end to race 1 in Cremona.

The changes we made overnight worked well in Warm-Up and gave Simon a better feeling with the bike. Unfortunately, he crashed during the race, but a red flag gave the team the chance to repair the bike for the restart.

After the restart, a small technical issue forced Simon to stop the bike, bringing our race to an early end. We’ll regroup and focus on tomorrow👊🏼

Italian Round - Cremona Circuit

P15 in Superpole, just 0.8 seconds from the front. Not a bad starting point, but we still haven’t found the right setup and the feeling we’re looking for.

We’ll try a few more changes in Warm Up tomorrow to improve the bike and be better prepared for Race 1. 👊🏼

All set in Cremona! 🙌🏾

Everything is installed, the garage is ready and preparations are complete. Now it’s time to focus on the opening day of track action at Cremona Circuit. 👊🏼

🇮🇹 RACE WEEK! 🍕

After a short break, we’re ready to go racing again. This weekend EAB Racing Team and Simon Jespersen head to Cremona Circuit for the Italian Round of the FIM Supersport World Championship.

The focus is on building from Magny-Cours and taking another step forward as we enter the final races of the season. 👊🏼
