An afternoon walking. I checked the surf in the morning. Unfortunately the surf wasn’t really inspiring me. I didn’t want to waste my day. I have been wanting to do this walk for a while. It didn’t disappoint!! Here are a few clips of my journey to the top.

Clearing out a couple of boards from my personal collection.
The Pyzel Ghost is in great condition. Usual pressure dings. I rode it with the k3 fins. I will include these fins with the board. 295€ is a total bargain for a proven shape that’s in great condition.
The Clayton Swivel. Is in great condition. It’s a very versatile board. Depending on which fins you put in it. I rode it as a thruster mostly, using the large size Arc fins. I will include the fins with the board. 140€ is a great deal. DM me if you’re interested. Fuerteventura pick up only. Posting from the canaries is an expensive nightmare.

🌎 Surf adventures Beyond Fuerteventura? 🌊
Since 2004, I’ve been lucky enough to coach surfers from all over the world here on Fuerteventura- always in small, personalized groups to give each of you the attention you deserve. 🙌
Over the years, I’ve had a few unforgettable surf trips abroad with some of you… and now I am thinking it is time to make that a more regular thing.
A few surf-focused trips each year to some epic surf destinations 🌴
Potential trips I have been thinking about ; Portugal 🇵🇹 Maldives 🇲🇻 El Salvador 🇸🇻 California 🇺🇸 Cornwall (sorry no flag 🤣)
Indonesia 🇮🇩 France 🇫🇷
These trips will be run just like my coaching in Fuerte - small groups only, keeping it exclusive, personal and all about progress and good vibes in the water.
👉 Would you be interested in joining a future surf trip abroad ?
Drop a 🌊 in the comments. And if you’ve got a dream surf destination, tell me that too — I am all ears.
Let’s take this to the next level 🚀

It’s often a thumping close out. But sometimes it’s a great option. We had a beautiful coaching session at el cotillo a couple of days ago. The lads from Edinburgh made the most of it. DM me to make an Enquiry or booking.🤙🏼🏄🏽♂️

What a great way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon. Thanks to my wife Sara for shooting the video clips. We are actually getting a prolonged surf season this winter. The long range forecast is looking decent for the time of year. If you fancy some beginner or intermediate level surf coaching. Drop me a DM and we can get you booked in. Remember I either work on a 1to1 basic or small groups of 4.

Luckily everyone is o.k. Nobody got hurt.
I was just going for a surf check and this rescue unfolded in front of me. A wing foiler ended up way out to sea. For some reason he couldn’t get back in. Probably a combination of factors. Big surf, strong offshore wind, strong rip current, low personal foiling ability, lack of ocean knowledge. No your limits people. Nature is beautiful place to be enjoyed but sometimes it’s also ruthless and brutal.

A massive thanks to my Dad for taking a few snaps of me surfing last week. I got really lucky to score the lineup to myself for an hour. A few others joined me to share a few waves later. But, by then the wind was starting to put those messy imperfections onto the waves. Surfing is all about moments. When you get them it’s magic.
Happy new year everyone. Here’s hoping 2025 will offer plenty more of these magic moments.
