Not your typical team-building day. 🐐🧀
No meeting rooms.
No presentations.
No awkward corporate activities.
Instead, we visited Jaira de Ana, spent time with the animals and learned how to make cheese using traditional local knowledge.
A simple experience that brought us closer as a team and reminded us why local people, rural life and authentic experiences are at the heart of what we do 🫶
