Me encanta seguir el calendario y recuperar tradiciones y rituales, este en el calendario celta, se llama Yule o Solsticio de invierno ❄️

El solsticio de invierno es el día más corto y la noche más larga, cuando la oscuridad llega a su cenit.
Simboliza la entrada del frío (el primer día del invierno), la regeneración y el renacimiento.
A partir de este día el sol empieza a tener más fuerza y crecerá hasta el solsticio de verano.

Con la danza ritual conectaremos con esas enseñanzas un tanto olvidadas y agradeceremos a nuestros ancestros por los regalos que nos han dado🌟🪐

💃WINTER SOLSTICE - DANCING RITUAL
I love following the calendar and reconnecting with old traditions and rituals, this in the Celtic calendar is called Yule or Winter Solstice ❄️

The winter solstice is the shortest day and longest night, when darkness reaches its zenith.
It symbolizes the entry of the cold (the first day of winter), regeneration and rebirth.
From this day the sun begins to have more strength and will grow until the summer solstice.

With the ritual dance we will connect with those somewhat forgotten teachings and we will thank our ancestors for the gifts they have given us🌟

♥️When: Friday 16th December from 5.30pm to 8pm

💃¿Qué es Cuerpo libre?
Esta danza, se trata de una meditación en movimiento, en la que a través de la música, el cuerpo viaja a una profunda escucha del mismo. En este viaje abrazamos lo que realmente somos, sintonizamos con el deseo de nuestro corazón, soltamos aquello que nos pesa para poder conectar con lo que verdaderamente nos da alas y así lograr escuchar nuestro silencio interior, la conexión auténtica con nosotras mismas.
Esta danza consciente está inspirada en varios mapas de movimiento.
