Spoiler alert: missing a session isn’t going to put you right back at square one ❌

Lately, I’ve been hearing the same things from my clients who feel they’ve undone all of their hard work when they miss one session.

Here’s a reminder that when life happens, aim to be consistent 80-90% of the time. And stop beating yourself up!
