Im so sorry to say that I will no longer be able to take baby fit. This is due to me going back to work and a new project that we currently have under way which requires more of my time. It's been really lovely to get to know all of you In class and your lovely babies! I will keep you all posted on my new project coming soon!!! Ps I'm gutted really I loved doing the classes!!!! :(

Society sometimes makes us new mummies feel that we should be back to our pre pregnancy bodies within a few weeks. This is un realistic! Take your time, be patient and try and enjoy your baby as much as possible ( they grow so quickly). It can take up to a year to get your pre pregnancy body back, and for many a lot longer, and that's fine. Try and enjoy the journey and don't stress!

Baby fit would like to recommend baby cakes Marbella. If you have small children Ashley's work shops are great, particularly messy play which I took my son to over the weekend. it was lots of fun and very stimulating for the babies. There were even some tears at the end but I think that was because the spaghetti was a bit cold. Lol. For info on workshops and locations go to Ashley's page
