With all of the technology around us and living with our heads in our phones, I think that we've really forgotten how to "see" what is going on around us. Information is force fed to us from every direction. How easy has it become to just accept this as the truth?
I invite you to take a few moments each day to step back and simply observe, fully and wholly with all of your senses, thoughts and conclusions. It is truly freeing.
