Hey everyone, we're offering free training sessions this week, if you feel like helping us out so we can better optimize how our in class timing works while training.
Come hangout in the sun and get in a workout. If you like what we provide and decide to join us long term we offer one-on-one and couples personal training along with small group sessions of up to 4 people.

Beachfront small group strength training.
Hello again everyone. I have posted a few times and have finally gathered the equipment to start beginner to intermediate gym quality strength training on the beautiful beaches of Malaga.
I’m offering free classes for the next few weeks. I still need some people to help me organize how the classes will run time and exercise wise. If you’re interested in helping out and getting in a workout then you will get a discount on your first two months if you decide to stick with our training.

Time will be from 7-9 in the evening at this location: https://www.dflywell.com/contact-6 . These free sessions are kinda an open time slot, come and go as your schedule allows. We can even stay late if necessary.
Location has been the hardest part. Since I carry a lot of larger and heavy equipment I need for sure parking very close by. If you know of any good locations with parking, beach, park, or otherwise, please feel free to make the suggestion.

Slowly accumulating the equipment!
Would anybody interested in free sessions for the next week or two to help me design how best to run and organize my classes? Keep in mind we will still try to get a full workout in but it's more about figuring out how to operate.

Interested in small group strength training classes by the beach?
I'm checking to see how many people would be interested in beginner/intermediate group strength training classes on the boardwalk of the playa de la Misericordia.
This would be real functional weight training with actual weights, not bodyweight, resistance bands, or any other random odd fitness approaches that don't really work anyways.
Any age is fine, never to late or early to get stronger and more fit.
The basic idea would be 3-5 exercises, in and out in around an hour.
Very simple, just show up and put in the effort.
I will personally track and adjust your progress along the way.
I would want to host 3 sessions a week focusing on different muscle groups or movements.
We can deliver 1-2 sessions targeting glutes focused (I'm a certified glute specialist) only if enough people are interested.

Hi Everyone. My name is Cole and I'm an America (from Oregon) that moved to Spain to be with my long term girlfriend who thinks my introverted ass needs to get out and meet people.
I've searched but found a lack of pages for beginners and others interested in more serious fitness and strength training. They seem to all be about jogging, hiking, or just resort to meeting up for food or drinks.
I'm 41 and a master certified personal trainer looking to connect, chat, give advice, or meet up for personal or group training. I specialize in teaching beginner strength and technique training for all people and ages so don't be shy. I'm also anti/post-natal certified for any pregnant women looking to keep up or start a fitness journey.
