I had so many questions about what the food was like at Mike’s Gym Retreat 👀🍽️
Honestly… the food was unreal 🤩🔥
Every meal was packed with flavour, super fresh, and exactly what we needed to keep us going through all the workouts 💪🏽
Food is included in the price too, with 3 meals a day to keep you fuelled throughout the retreat 🙌 There was always plenty available 😍
One thing I really loved was how well they catered for everyone allergies and dietary requirements were all taken into consideration, which made such a difference for those who needed it ❤️
You could really tell a lot of thought went into making meals that not only tasted amazing but also helped fuel performance and recovery 🥗🍗🍚
The training was intense, but the food kept energy levels high all week ⚡️ Already missing it!
