- Afternoon Classes: Shifted to synchronous online learning.

‎Last October 10, 2026, Psychmates gathered at the Audio Visual Hall, DWCL Arnold Janssen Campus, for PSYTALKS 2026, with the theme “𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘭 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘴.”

‎The event provided meaningful insights into recognizing signs of emotional distress, understanding the struggles that others may be facing, and learning how to become a source of support for peers in crisis. It served as a reminder that listening without judgment, showing empathy, and reaching out can make a difference in someone's life.

‎From a blank canvas to a wall filled with notes of hope.

‎In celebration of Su***de Prevention Month, The Psych Circle organized "𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚", an initiative dedicated to offering words of encouragement to those who needed them most.
‎
‎What began as an empty space became a collective expression of empathy and support. To all students who wrote, read, and shared, thank you for reminding us that hope, when shared, becomes stronger.

‎Life does not always leave us whole, and being broken does not mean being beyond repair. Our struggles, imperfections, and difficult experiences do not make us weak, they remind us that we are human and that it is okay to not have everything figured out.

‎In celebration of 𝘖𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘦𝘳’𝘴 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, you and your mental health matters so, when the weight becomes too heavy remember that reaching out for help is not a weakness but a step towards healing.

‎Let’s create a space where no one feels ashamed of their struggles and where reaching out is met with understanding because no one should go through difficult times alone.

Behind every quiz, deadline, reminder, and “please submit on time” is a teacher who genuinely wants us to learn and grow.

Your patience, guidance, and leadership have helped us become more responsible, independent, and confident Psychology students while giving us opportunities to grow not only as individuals but also as a community. Your dedication and efforts have created an environment where we can continue learning, developing our skills, and preparing for the responsibilities that await us beyond college. Most importantly, your support and the perspectives you share have made our journey more meaningful and reminded us of the kind of people and future Psychology professionals we aspire to become.
