Last night's class celebrated vulnerability; honoring how there is rigidity, hardness, in our hearts- things that we erect to protect ourselves. But when we meditate within those same spaces, we can ask ourselves where hardness can be chipped away. Because sometimes to nurture is to turn inward to shelter, but sometimes to nurture is to lift up to the light.
We can ask what tender parts of our being are ready to be surrendered to the world.
With vulnerability. With compassion. With love.

Hello! My name is Kristen and I am a RYT200 certified yoga instructor who has just moved here to the lovely Madrid!
