A massive win to finish the season.
In tough heat, the lads started fast and went two goals up early before digging deep in the second half to hold onto the win after a late goal from the opposition. 💪☀️
The perfect way to end the campaign and secure a 5th place finish in the league. 👏💙

A great start from the lads today, racing into a 3-goal lead early on, but we let the game slip a little and went into halftime only narrowly ahead at 3-2.
Credit to the team though — the response in the second half was brilliant and the boys came out flying to finish the job properly. 💪
Special mention to Gonza, who was absolutely unstoppable today with SIX goals. 👏⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Atletismo Los Olmos 3-2 FC Británicos de Madrid.
A frustrating one to take after a strong battle from the lads in difficult conditions. A slow first half and poor defending from set pieces cost us, but the team kept fighting right until the end and came agonisingly close to grabbing a late equaliser. 💪⚽️🌧️
Plenty of positives to take despite the result, and we’ll keep pushing through the final stretch of the season together. 🔥

New team just dropped!
This year we're running an 11-a-side team in the local Madrid Municipal League. Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (same as the Federated team) and matches are on Sundays.

A mixed bag for the FCB teams today
The FCB sala team kicked things off with a 5-4 win against Red Calm
The FCB Municipal team followed that up with an impressive 7-2 win against CF Liceo Sport
Lastly, the injury depleted Regional went down 2-4 against EDM San Blas despite goals from Murphy and Bilal
So, overall a mixed bag for FCB today. The Regional Team going down 2-4 at home to Rayo Ciudad 04, The Municipal Team with a 2-2 draw against Estrella Coja FC and the Sala Team with a 5-5 draw against Estilo Brasileiro after the opposition grabbed a last minute equaliser.
Next up for FCB is the Regional Team in their Copa RFFM match against AD Gigantes on Wednesday evening at Las Cocheras. Kick off is 20:00 hours and it would be great to see some support down there cheering the guys on. For those not in the know, this is the qualifying round of the Copa del Rey (basically the Spanish FA Cup) and it's the first time ever in the competition for the club.
