🥒 McDonald's is bottling its pickle juice for Chicago runners

Chicago Marathon week just got a lot more briny.

McDonald's is giving away bottled pickle juice, branded as Pickle Boost, to runners ahead of Sunday's race.

The first handout happens on the Lakefront Trail on Friday.

Then on race day, five Chicago McDonald's locations will hand it out too. Every one of them sits on the course or right next to it.

Runners have reached for pickle juice for years, mostly to help with cramping late in long efforts. Now one of the world's biggest food brands is putting its own version in a bottle.

If you're running Chicago, you might be passing a free sip somewhere in the back half.

Whether you try it mid-race is another story. Nothing new on race day still applies. 😅

🚨 BREAKING: Amber Heard just ran her first half marathon.

The 40-year-old actress chose San Sebastián for her 21.1 km debut and finished in 1:39:54, averaging around 4:44/km. Just over three months ago, she ran her first 10K in Madrid in 44:15.

Now she's doubled the distance and broken 1:40 on her first attempt. After crossing the finish line, Heard celebrated with a simple message:
