Ireland’s Camino Connection 🇪🇸

The Celtic Camino is a connection that dates back to the 12th Century. Recently the Spanish government gifted the city of Drogheda this beautiful Moutiera to help symbolise this connection.

Sobrino de Botín holds the Guinness record and sits just off Plaza Mayor. Goya is said to have washed dishes there as a young man, and Hemingway set a scene in The Sun Also Rises at a table. ⏳📜

The cochinillo is roasted in the original wood-fired oven. Four generations of one family have run it since the 1930s. 📜✨
