This weekend, he took part in the Urki Tournament with Real Sociedad and helped the team lift the trophy after a fantastic performance throughout the competition.

To make the moment even more memorable, he was given the trophy to take home, a small gesture that reflects a great experience.

Football is also a place for reunions.

Not long ago, they shared the same locker room, training sessions, and ambitions.

At the 2026 San Bernabé Tournament in La Ribera, their paths crossed again as Masatora, now representing Racing, faced Yuki, Yuto, and Sho, former teammates from their Oviedo days.

For one match, they stood on opposite sides. Before and after the final whistle, they were friends once again.

Racing came away with a 1–0 victory over Oviedo, but some games are about more than the result.

The day began with training sessions at Atlético de Madrid’s training facilities, giving the players another opportunity to experience the professional environment that defines Spanish football.

In the afternoon, the group visited the Riyadh Air Metropolitano before exploring Madrid and discovering more of the culture, history and passion that make the city so special.

As the final days of the program approach, every training session, every visit and every shared experience becomes part of an unforgettable journey.
