Proud to share that our founder, Cole Sanderson, has officially advanced to the Grand Finale of the 2026 Pow Wow Pitch competition, through the People's Choice vote.

North Wrestle exists to build visibility in Canadian wrestling. This recognition is another step forward in that mission.

The Grand Finale takes place October 1st, with a share of a $25,000 prize fund on the line, and will air October 21st.

“Doing hard things is tough, and it will be scary. Fear has always been a big part of my life, I wanted to start earlier, but fear held me back. I learned that fear never really goes away, you just learn to move with it. My advice is to face the fear and start anyway. The hardest part is starting. Proud to share that our founder, Cole Sanderson has been named a 2026 SOAR Semi-Finalist through SK Startup Institute and the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT).

North Wrestle exists to build visibility in Canadian wrestling. This recognition is another step forward in that mission.

The SOAR Finale takes place October 21 in Saskatoon, with a share of a $50,000 prize fund on the line.

His Japanese 🇯🇵 opponent made the finals, he will wrestle Bilal Cetin of Australia 🇦🇺 in the repechage.

She will wrestle Tanvi Magdum of India 🇮🇳 for a chance at a World medal.

Her Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 opponent made the finals, and she will wrestle the winner of Hungary 🇭🇺 and Uzbekistan 🇺🇿.

Congratulations to Kaura Coles on becoming the 2026 U20 53KG World Champion. 🥇

Coles pinned Alexa Alvarez Valenzuela of Venezuela in the final to claim gold in Bratislava, Slovakia. Coles is now a two-time age-class World Champion, having won U17 53KG gold at the 2024 World Championships in Jordan.
