An amazing 5 weeks transformation for online client Tyne 😍
Tyne has adapted so well to her online coaching and has been a dream client from the get go. Her weight is at a new low every week and massive changes in her physique can be seen each check in!
She is currently training 4 days a week, eating an unrestricted diet, and enjoying her social life as much as ever.
I’m extremely proud of Tynes progress, especially so early on in her journey, and being able to watch her confidence blossom has just been amazing. I can’t wait to see the final results!

✨Client Spotlight✨
Ashleigh has been working with me for nearly 3 months. This is last weeks vs this weeks check in and the change in physique is amazing!! Not only the change in physique but also Ashleigh’s motivation to keep improving her lifestyle increases every week.
Ashleigh is currently training 3 times a week on average, a minimum amount cardio and high calories. Still enjoying days and nights out, holidays and more.
Being a part of my client’s journeys is the best feeling and I can’t wait to be by their side as they keep nailing it!

“You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.” 💫
Stepping outside of my comfort zone is something I have always struggled with, I have always been somewhat socially awkward and worried about everyone else’s opinions, which has stopped me doing many things in the past.
I have always enjoyed sports and being active, for many years I attempted to join the gym but my anxiety got the better of me every time. I finally plucked up the courage to join the gym (and actually go) after lockdown and pushed myself out of my comfort zone - and it has been the best thing I have ever done. Doing so has given me so many opportunities and introduced me to amazing people, of which I couldn’t be more grateful.
I am healthier and stronger, and I’ve been able to keep myself on a straight path during a rough time. Most importantly, it has given me the opportunity to gain self-confidence.
If you asked me a year ago if I would have been prepping to compete and doing photoshoots, I would have laughed! But here I am, documenting the end of my first offseason - at the point where I would be most uncomfortable in my skin. Yet, best believe I was loving life half naked in the gym.
Couldn’t thank enough for making me feel so at ease - cannot wait to shoot again at the end of prep!

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨
Lifestyle Client Rhi has absolutely smashed her first month with me, I couldn’t be more proud! Her hardwork has been admirable!
Rhi is currently eating over 2000 calories on a training day. When she started with me she was only eating 1200 calories, her energy levels were low and found it difficult to maintain. My aim is to stress the importance of fuelling our bodies and not depriving ourselves for rapid, unsustainable results. It’s a marathon not a sprint.
The past month for Rhi has been as follows -
⚡️5 x training sessions
⚡️A minimal amount of cardio
⚡️10k steps daily
⚡️Set calories on training days and rest days
⚡️Weekly video check ins with myself to go over any questions or changes.
Over the past month Rhi has improved massively in the gym, she’s loving her sessions and gaining strength daily. Most importantly, she is feeling healthier and more confident. Alongside this, she has been able to multiple festivals and social events.
