Meet and Stretch at Seven Palms MC Beach, Paddle out and feel the motion of the sea as we meditate and workout with your choice of class - Sound Healing, Yoga or Pilates and after you can SUP for 30 minutes after the session.

Strengthen and sculpt your muscles whilst toning your core! Your abdominal muscles become instantly activated to keep you balanced with your core engaged for the entire class. When practising fitness exercises on a paddle board, you naturally transition with more muscle control as opposed to momentum, resulting in a more intensified workout and greater core awareness.

Being on a paddle board allows you to fully surrender to the support of the water, enhancing the feeling of weightlessness and allowing you to deeply relax when lying down or focus more on every breath, movement and pose.

SOUND HEALING with Safe in Sound marbella
Water has the ability to conduct sound waves more efficiently than air. When you are on the water, the vibrations from the bowls resonate with the water in your body, creating a deeper and more immersive experience compared to being on land.

The combination of your chosen class/ ceremony, water and the meditative state induced by being on the water will help release tension, promote emotional release, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Marbella May SUP Festival 🏄🏽‍♀️

🇬🇧Who’s in for a festival at sea? You live in the area of Marbella? Bring your Stand Up Paddleboard (or normal surfboard), bring your friends and join us for Pilates, Music, Drinks and Dancing at sea! BarcoBar and Seven Palms will host this event which will take place on a beautiful (weekend) afternoon in May. As soon as the sea will be calm and temperatures good, we set the date and time! We’ll hope you join us for this very first unique SUP festival. In case you don’t have a SUPboard you can reserve one at Seven Palms. The location will be in front of Marbella Club Hotel (near the pier) and the date will be confirmed later. The event is for free! Drinks and SUP rental for your own account. 🏄🏽‍♀️ Children enjoy a wide range of activities ranging from, Electric Paddle Boarding, Bike Surfing and Kayaking. If they don’t know already, they will learn how to Stand Up Paddle whilst developing confidence in the open water. ⁣

🛶 A series of activities, programs, and fun challenging games have been developed in a natural beach environment allowing the children to have Fun and Learn new skills whilst developing an understanding and the importance of sustainability and Protecting Our Sea’s! ⁣

🏝️ Our Holiday Camps are limited to 16 Children per day, from ages 6 – 12 to ensure the Ultimate Fun & Adventure for Everyone! Swimming is a prerequisite for all Kids Camps.⁣
