Been feeling a bit stressed recently with a few things👇
• Moving house
• Getting ready for Marbella tomorrow (not as shredded as I wanted to be)
• Couple things not went as planned

Whenever things don’t go the way you want them to, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed & well, a bit s**t 💩

When you’re super focused on trying to constantly progress & move forward, its easy to forget the progress that you’ve already made.

In reality, I’m now in the position I spent years dreaming of being in at some stage! & it only took around a year.

When I compare my problems now to my problems 2 years ago, the current problems are so trivial.

Give yourself some credit. You will always have problems - you won’t always have time & energy to live your life as happily as right now.

3 years ago today, Shadow was retired from his army service for being considered too damn lethal & begun a (half) civilised life with us❤️
