24h nonstop training. Early morning 🏃‍♂️with disgusting humidity 🥵but digging deep is a requirement so 21km got done ✅️ also great to see so many others running 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃‍♂️look after your body it's the only one you have 😄

What can I say but myself and Jansen will keep going. 7 x 70.3 Ironman triathlon in 7 days.

Saca la lengua a la ELA (which literally means "stick your tongue out to MND") was set up by Miguel Ángel Roldan Mann a 39yr old PE teacher and enthusiastic triathlete from Cordoba in 2018 when he himself was diagnosed with MND (ELA).
All money raised from various sporting and cultural events that have taken place all over Spain funds the research into hopefully finding a cure one day for this cruel and debilitating disease.

I'm hoping to raise 7000 € with my biggest challenge yet "THE MAGNIFICENT 7 " Which is 🏊‍♀️ swimming 1.9 km 🚴cycling 90km and 🏃🏼‍♂️running 21km for 7 consecutive days starting May 7th.

The charity is Saca la lengua a la ELA Which is the Spanish equivalent of MND ( motor neurone disease). The charity has been set up to raise funds for research into a possible cure.
