planning to launch an "Adaptiv Life" module where physical activity, healthy nutrition, rest and stress management would be promoted. On the other hand, Juan Anelo had been working on an intelligent system for evaluation and training prescriptions that would allow a web page such as "Adaptiv Life" to be more than just a "catalogue of good intentions." This intelligent system would give the website a "brain" that would allow it to work as if it were a trainer or coach in real time, and that could adapt or customise the programs and content to an unlimited number of users and most importantly, to bring this personalised prescription not only to the gym but any possible environment. This core operating platform began to be created in 2005 however it was much earlier, back in 1997, when the original idea of creating an intelligent system of physical training began to take shape. During that year, Juan Anelo (given his training as an athlete and coach of Athletics) had the opportunity to collaborate in creating an intelligent training system for the 100 m.l along with the IT department of the University of Las Palmas G.C. This experience helped him to understand how these systems worked and their possible applications. In the following years, his work as a trainer and coach made him aware of the limitations that he had to gain access to a significant number of clients. The vast majority of people do not have access to good professionals within the fitness industry and therefore they either remain sedentary or take to practicing physical activity without any type of control and with the risks that this entails. This was a major problem that had to be taken into account. From 2005 he was responsible for the coordination of the evaluation programs and exercise prescription within Anti-aging programs for Clinics Planas BCN and Planas Day through the UGR Business Foundation. This involved continuously sending and receiving assessment tests, questionnaires and training programs for technicians and clients. It was then that he decided to implement a similar system that he had created for the University of Las Palmas GC. in order to streamline and automate everything possible in this process of evaluating, prescribing and monitoring physical activity. Using formulas through Excel, hyperlinks and macros he designed a system that automated the entire process of evaluation and prescription. This was the beginning of what would later become the 4TIUS CORE intelligent system. This system would make it possible to take the same control and planning used by high performance athletes to sedentary users, an idea that had plagued him for 10 years. John Vigdal and Juan Anelo had found a perfect synergy. John had the perfect vision of how the fitness industry should work and Juan Anelo provided the tool to make this possible. Thus they launched the development of this platform, thinking almost exclusively to place it in the world of fitness trainers and sports facilities but quickly found that it would fit perfectly into other niche markets such as in health, education, large corporations, automotive, military, kids, etc ... The market has been waiting for the appearance of a tool of this type and the expansion and development options are virtually limitless.
