💪 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱

Real conversations matter more than anything. AI can give you answers, millions of them, but that’s the challenge. It gives you everything.

Here are three things AI can’t give you, but coaching can:

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀
Figuring out what is most important. It’s not about 20 strategies, it’s about uncovering what you actually want, digging deeper into your ideas and having you reflect on what is really going to make a change in your life.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Sometimes you don’t need another answer, you need a chat.
Honestly, most of my clients already know the answer to their own questions, they just need space to say it out loud and “chew the cud.”

That’s when deeper knowledge and answers come.

3️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
AI doesn’t know your mood, your client, or your life.
Coaching works because it’s not generic. It’s based on your context, your business, your brain.

It’s a powerful time to be alive, but don’t forget you are human.

👉 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Recently, a client said to me:

“𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬. 𝘒𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐’𝘮 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦.”

✅ I believe most people know what to do, but staying consistent is the real challenge.

That’s where coaching makes the difference.

My role is to keep you focused, on track, and moving forward, even when things get busy.

𝗠𝘆 𝟱 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯:

👉 Your proposal should deliver one thing: 𝗔 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴
Meet your client in their space if you can.
Build rapport and understand what they really want.
You can’t solve a problem you don’t understand.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗗𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵
Come away from the briefing clear on the client’s needs, goals, and audience.

Research, refine, and start creating the solution.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
Take your client on a journey — from the first guest touch-point to the moment they leave.

Show them what the experience will feel like.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Present the idea, then the budget.
Say, “Here’s the solution I’ve created and here’s what it will cost.”
It builds trust and shows you know your value.
If they don’t have the budget, then you can find solutions - but first create the dream.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲
Share your experience, past events, testimonials, and a sense of your team.

Clients buy confidence, and proof builds it.

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿:
Clients come to you because they need help.

When your proposal gives them clarity and confidence, you become the obvious choice.

✅ The power of coaching isn’t always immediate, and this is clearly represented by one of my recent clients:

“𝘕𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘢𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴. 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴”.

👉 It is a reminder that sometimes, the only thing holding us back is ourselves, and sometimes it takes someone else who gets it to say no, you can do more, you can have more and you are worth more. 💪
