Tips for fast metabolism:

- Calories originating from the fats and carbohydrates may be reduced in the identical proportion
- Fixed protein level should be maintained throughout
- All dietary ingredients should be of natural origin and in an unprocessed form
- White rice should be replaced brown rice
- All fatty meals should be replaced with vegetable fats (olive oil)
- The number of meals per day may be increased by 1 or 2 (allowing for overall caloric value of the selected dietary intake)
- Overall caloric value of the daily dietary intake should be reduced at an even rate (initially by ca. 300kcal in comparison to the previous one)

Tips for fast weight gainers:

- Carbohydrates and fats should not be combined within the same meal
- Carbohydrates should best be acquired in an unprocessed form and have low glycemic index values (buckwheat, brown rice, wholemeal rye pasta)
- Majority of fats should be of vegetable origin (cold-pressed vegetable oils, extra virgin olive oil, assorted nuts, pips, seeds, peanut butter)
- Every meal should comprise an adequate proportion of protein of animal origin (poultry, beef, egg whites, fish)
- Six complete meals should be consumed daily
- Daily dietary intake should contain plenty of fresh vegetables
