From my experience of teaching Ardha CHANDRASANA from Trikonasana...a lot of people find difficult to develop balanced and steady transition. Here I am showing you how by repetition of transition you will get more confidence and improve the mental and physical equilibrium 😘...even in 36 degrees today 🤣😅
