September you did not disappoint!

Wow, the month that flew by and was jampacked with moments of connection, me living my life purpose, being of service and of course, having as much fun sprinkled throughout!!

A few fireworks, random jumps in the sea after Work has finished,
Amazing sunsets, Yoga in Ibiza and the most incredible time spent with my fabulous friend and Retreat sista Lisa Strong our time spent together was so refreshing and inspiring !

💫Running the most incredible Retreat in Ibiza, reminded me what brings me Joy and allows me to contribute to the lives of others with such depth and gratitude

Time spent with the most incredible people reminded me how many beautiful souls I am lucky enough to have attracted into my life
This time last year, my life looked completely different and this year my trip to O Beach Ibiza to see my epic friend Tony Truman was filled with so much laughter, relief and joy something I certainly wasn’t feeling this time last year!!!

💫Taking a moment of pause and gratitude…

The eve before the Reset to Rise Retreat starts, here on the magical island of Ibiza

A super special and very personal retreat for me.

The place where my international retreat journey started some 13 years ago
With my fellow retreat leader the wonderful Lisa Strong - we have both grown so much in that time and the ladies attending are really in for a treat

This time as I head into retreat I am a very different woman than I was, and this feel like I’ve come full circle !

I know this week will be transformational
Inspiring, powerful and blissful

Thank you Lisa for doing a brilliant job at doing all things spreadsheets and organising so I can show up and shine my light in a way that I was not able to before

This is me living my life purpose
So in this moment right now I am truly grateful for this journey and this growth (even though it may have been a little bit painful)’ 😉

Today we got retreat ready and attended a fabulous yoga class and I got to receive some of Lisa’s magic in the way of breathwork and hypnosis …

🙏🏼Nobody warns you that outgrowing a version of yourself feels like restlessness long before it feels like clarity.

💫Here’s the thing, my love. So many of us are living by ideals and beliefs we were handed. We inherited them.
We never chose them. And they’ve been quietly running the show ever since, making our decisions and planning our future for us.

Most of us have never stopped to ask who that woman even is. What inspires her. What she’s here for. What her life is actually about. We haven’t sat still with ourselves long enough for anything joyful or true to come back to life.

But you get to choose.
You get to take your power back.

That restlessness you’re feeling isn’t you losing the plot. It’s you growing. The woman you are becoming has been in there the whole time, waiting for you to notice her.

So, who are you stepping into being?
