Bank holidays are fun aren't they?
But do you know what's NOT fun? Feeling like you need to drastically change your lifestyle habits after a few days off enjoying yourself.
Yes I fall into this category too. I'm very hard on myself and overthink crap all the time. BUT I'm aware of it & I'm working on controlling it. It's not easy for me, it's genuinely not.
So read on, don't read on, like, don't like but don't feel guilty about something that's already happened. Control what you can, and get on with it. No one can do it for you. Harsh as it sounds, it's reality.

Looking for a local PT or online coach but have no idea which one to choose, let alone know what we do?
It’s easy really. I’ll lay down the foundations so you can make better lifestyle choices. Have the drinks you want (in moderation 🙄), your favourite meals, have a structured training regime for consistency, hit your weight/strength goals & yes wait for it…learn to enjoy it!
My existing clients tend to agree, although one needs me to tell him to put his big boy pants 🩲 at least once a week 😂 People are motivated in different ways & getting in contact for a 10 minute Skype/Zoom chat will help me & you understand which direction you need to go…onwards & upwards 💪🏻🙄🙌🏻

•Important thing is you can eat what ever you want before training (but I’d keep it under 300/400 kcal personally so no Big Macs) these are some healthier options. If it fits within you calorie/macro goals you don’t have to have 3 licks of an apple to lose fat. (Ask me if you need to know)
•Litre of water before if you can but don’t down it.
•Banana or any fruit 30 mins before if you can literally stomach it.
•Coffee/tea-everyone could do with a caffeine boost early in the day, 15/20 mins before is fine. Hold the foamy milk-could end up seeing it again very soon.
•Lemon juice, pinch of salt, water. This will help replace the electrolytes you lose through sweat.
•Teaspoon or two of peanut butter on a rice cakes/banana/slice of toast/your finger. Cheeky bit of jam/honey. If it fits in your calories!
Not for you?
•Hummus & carrot or two-light hummus bosh the carrot in there-don’t take the p**s.
•Energy bars-check the ingredients & calories for the bar.
•Milka-because it’s 🤤all in moderation 😉

So there we have it my beautiful moustache after a months growth.
